His band, Be Bop Deluxe, produced a short string of masterpieces during the 1970s and suddenly vanished, leaving us musical visions of the future which Bill saw then and we inhabit now. Of the many reasons why Be Bop Deluxe didn't achieve much commercial success, I am not at liberty to divulge any at this time. But I am thrilled and humbled to highlight some of their music here.
